At Zaildar Training Center, we strive to ensure that all our students and clients have a rewarding learning experience. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested, and we aim to handle these requests fairly and efficiently.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The training session or course was canceled by Zaildar Training Center.
  • You have withdrawn your enrollment at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
  • There was an error in payment (e.g., duplicate transaction).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • If a request is made after the course has started.
  • Failure to attend the course or class without prior notification.
  • Change of mind after enrolling, unless within the eligible refund period.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Course or program enrolled
  • Date of payment and payment method
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing period:

  • First check your bank or payment provider again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
