Zaildar Training Center is committed to providing a high standard of education and customer service. We recognize that from time to time, issues may arise that require formal complaint or appeal procedures. This policy outlines how we manage such situations in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
Scope
This policy applies to all students, clients, staff, and stakeholders of Zaildar Training Center who wish to make a complaint or appeal a decision made by the institution.
Types of Issues Covered
- Academic complaints (e.g., quality of training, assessment disputes)
- Non-academic complaints (e.g., conduct of staff, facilities, administrative errors)
- Appeals regarding assessment results or disciplinary actions
Complaint Procedure
- Informal Resolution: We encourage resolving complaints informally by discussing the issue with the relevant staff member or trainer.
- Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved informally, a formal written complaint should be submitted to the administration via email or in person.
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 3 business days.
- Investigation: An impartial review will be conducted, and a resolution will be offered within 10 business days.
Appeal Procedure
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint or assessment, you may lodge a formal appeal within 7 days of the decision.
- The appeal should clearly state the grounds and include any supporting documentation.
- An independent review panel will be formed to re-evaluate the decision, and you will be notified of the outcome within 10 business days.
Confidentiality
All complaints and appeals will be handled confidentially. Information will only be shared with those directly involved in the resolution process.
Protection Against Retaliation
No person will be penalized for lodging a complaint or appeal in good faith. We are committed to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
